LIFE FIT is a 16-week lifestyle mentoring program that helps shift you towards a healthier lifestyle. Whether you are looking to make a sustainable change or just need some guidance, we will provide you with the tools and support you need.

You’ll work with your mentor to set SMART goals, make healthier choices, and stick with it. Life Fit is designed for people who have a hard time managing their time and juggling busy schedules.
